How Mobile Money Withdrawals Work on Earnify Africa

Earnify Africa pays to the mobile money wallets and bank accounts people already use in each country. Here is exactly what happens when you withdraw, so there are no surprises.

1. Save where you want to be paid

Choose a method available in your country, such as mobile money or a bank transfer, and enter the details. We email you a code to confirm them, so nobody else can add a destination to your account. Details are encrypted when they are stored.

2. Read your quote

Enter the amount you want and you get a quote before anything happens. It shows:

• the amount you chose, in your currency;
• the processing fee, and what percentage of the amount it is;
• the exact amount you will receive;
• how many points will be used.

The fee is taken from the amount you choose, never added on top. A quote is held for a few minutes; if it expires, you simply get a new one at the current rate.

3. Confirm

Nothing is sent until you confirm. Larger withdrawals ask for a code sent to your email first.

4. The 48-hour security check

Every withdrawal waits at least 48 hours before it is paid, in every country. During that time we check that the request really came from you and that the rewards behind it were confirmed by the partners. If something needs checking, we may contact you by email before paying. You can follow the status in your withdrawal history.

5. Payment

After the security check, the payment is sent to the destination you chose. The payout calculator on your country page shows the usual timing for each method.

Keep your account safe

We will never ask for your mobile money PIN, your bank password or the codes we email you, by phone, SMS or social media. Anyone who asks is not from Earnify.
