Question 1

Is Earnify Africa free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is no fee to join or to earn. A processing fee may apply when you withdraw, and you always see it before you confirm.

Question 2

Who can join?

Accepted Answer

Anyone aged 18 or older who lives in a country where Earnify Africa is open, with their own email address and a mobile number registered in that country. One account per person.

Question 3

Do I need to upload ID documents?

Accepted Answer

No. You confirm your email address with a code. If your country or a payout partner requires an identity check, our team does it at your first withdrawal and tells you exactly what is needed.

Question 4

Can I change my country later?

Accepted Answer

Your country decides your currency and withdrawal options, so it is fixed when you sign up. It does not change because you travel or use a VPN. Contact support if you move.

Question 5

Is there a welcome bonus?

Accepted Answer

New members receive a 500-point welcome bonus when they sign up.

Question 6

How do I earn?

Accepted Answer

Open Earn in your account and choose surveys, games or offers from our partners. Each offer shows what it pays before you start.

Question 7

When are points added?

Accepted Answer

When the partner confirms you completed the offer. Many confirm within minutes; some games and app offers take a few days.

Question 8

Why was I screened out of a survey?

Accepted Answer

Researchers look for specific audiences. If you are not in the group a survey needs, it may end early. Try another one; your profile improves your matches over time.

Question 9

A reward did not arrive. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Wait 48 hours, then open Earnings history and tap Report missing reward next to it, or use Missing rewards in your account. We check our records and the partner’s, and email you at each step.

Question 10

How do referrals work?

Accepted Answer

Share your referral code. When a friend joins with it, you earn 10% of the rewards they earn, on top of theirs.

Question 11

How do I withdraw?

Accepted Answer

Choose a local method such as mobile money or a bank account, save your details (we email a code to confirm them), enter an amount and review the quote before you confirm.

Question 12

What does the quote show?

Accepted Answer

The amount you asked for, the processing fee and its percentage, and the exact amount you will receive in your currency. A quote is held for 10 minutes; if it expires you get a new one.

Question 13

How are points converted?

Accepted Answer

Points are valued at 100 points = R1 and converted to your currency at the rate shown in your quote. Balances shown in your currency elsewhere are estimates.

Question 14

Is the fee added on top?

Accepted Answer

No. The fee is taken from the amount you withdraw, so the points you see are the points you spend.

Question 15

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Every withdrawal waits 48 hours (a security hold), then our team checks it and sends it. Each method shows its usual delivery time after that. We are new in some countries, so allow a little longer while payout partners settle in; you get an email at each step.

Question 16

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, while a withdrawal is waiting for review or on hold. Your points go straight back to your balance.

Question 17

Can I work out what I will receive?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The payout calculator in the Help centre and on your country page shows the fee and the amount you receive for any amount, at today’s rate. The quote you confirm is exact.

Question 18

Who pays me?

Accepted Answer

We pay through licensed payment and money-transfer partners. You choose how you receive the money; we choose the partner that delivers it, and give you a payment reference once it is sent.

Question 19

How is my account protected?

Accepted Answer

Login tokens are stored in secure cookies that page scripts cannot read, payout details are encrypted, and new payout destinations and larger withdrawals need a code sent to your email.

Question 20

Will Earnify ever ask for my PIN or password?

Accepted Answer

Never. We will not ask for your mobile money PIN, bank password or the codes we email you, by phone, SMS or social media.

Question 21

I forgot my password.

Accepted Answer

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. We email a 6-digit code to the address on your account.

Question 22

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open Settings, then Delete my account. You confirm with your password, or a code we email you if you sign in with Google. Withdraw any balance first: points left in a deleted account are forfeited, and a withdrawal still being processed must finish first.
