Make a privacy request

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how it is used. We confirm it is you, usually by emailing the address on your account, before acting.

Signed in? You can do most of this yourself: download your data, correct your details or delete your account.

We reply within the time the law of your country requires. Some records, such as completed payments, may have to be kept for legal reasons; we will explain if that applies. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
