1. Who we are

Earnify Africa is part of Earnify, owned and operated by ABODIGITAL (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2015/253782/07), a company in Sandton, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa (“Earnify”, “we”, “us”). These Terms apply to the Earnify Africa website, the Earnify app when you use an Earnify Africa account, and everything you do through them. By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older. There is no parent or guardian route.
• You must live in a country where Earnify Africa is open, and choose that country when you sign up. Your country decides the withdrawal methods, currency, fees and limits that apply to you. It does not change because you travel or use a VPN, and it can only be changed by contacting support.
• You need your own email address and a mobile number registered in your country.
• You must be allowed by the law of your country to take part in a rewards programme and receive the payments described here.
• You must not have been permanently removed from Earnify before.

3. Your account

• One account per person. Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password and the codes we email you private. We will never ask for them by phone, SMS or social media.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• You are responsible for what happens through your account unless the law says otherwise.

4. Earning and third-party offers

You earn points by completing surveys, games, app offers and other activities shown in your account. Many of them are supplied and checked by independent companies (“partners”). Which offers you see, what they pay and whether you qualify depend on your country, the partner and the offer, and can change at any time. We do not promise that any offer or any level of earnings will be available.

A partner decides whether an offer was completed correctly. If a partner rejects, delays or reverses an offer, the points for it may not be credited or may be removed. The partner’s own terms and privacy notice also apply when you use its offer.

5. Points

• Points are recorded in one wallet at 100 points = R1.00 (South African rand). Amounts in your own currency shown on your account are estimates at the current rate.
• Points are personal, cannot be transferred or sold, and have no cash value until a withdrawal is paid.
• Points credited by mistake, for duplicate or invalid activity, or for offers a partner reverses may be removed.
• Points expire only if your account is inactive for 180 consecutive days, meaning no login, no completed task or offer and no withdrawal request. If your account has an email address, we email you 14 days before that happens.

6. Withdrawals

• You withdraw in your country’s currency to a local method you choose, such as mobile money or a bank account. Only methods we can currently pay in your country are offered.
• Each method has its own minimum and maximum, shown in your currency on the withdrawal screen.
• Before you confirm, you see a quote: the amount you asked for, the processing fee and its percentage, and the exact amount you will receive. The quote is held for a short time (usually 10 minutes). If it expires, or the price changes, you are shown a new quote to accept.
• When you confirm, the points for that quote leave your balance. Submitting the same quote twice does not take your points twice.
• Make sure the payout details you give are correct and are yours. We pay to the details you confirmed. If a payment reaches the wrong account because the details you gave were wrong, we may not be able to recover it.
• You may cancel a withdrawal while it is waiting for review or on hold; your points are returned.

7. Fees and exchange rates

• A processing fee may apply. It is taken from the amount you withdraw, not added on top, and it can differ between countries and methods because the cost of paying out differs.
• Points are converted to your currency at the exchange rate shown in your quote. That rate is set by us from our payout partners’ rates and may include their conversion costs.
• The fee and rate in a quote you have confirmed will not change. We may change fees and rates for future withdrawals.
• Your mobile money operator or bank may charge you separately for receiving or cashing out money. Those charges are theirs, not ours.

8. Review, holds and limits

• Every withdrawal is checked by our team before it is paid.
• Every withdrawal waits at least 48 hours (a security hold) before it is reviewed, so you can cancel it if you did not request it. The hold end time is shown on the withdrawal. Payout times shown are estimates that start after the hold and review, and can be longer while we are new in your country.
• Larger withdrawals need a code we email you.
• We may limit how many withdrawals you make in a day and how much you withdraw in a month.
• In some countries, or where a payout partner requires it, we may need to confirm who you are before your first withdrawal. We will tell you what is needed. We do not ask you to upload identity documents unless the law or a payout partner requires it.
• We may refuse or reverse a withdrawal that breaks these Terms. If we refuse one before it is paid, your points are returned.

9. Delivery and payout partners

We send payouts through licensed payment and money-transfer companies (“payout partners”). You choose the receiving method; we choose the partner that delivers it. The partner’s name may appear on the message or statement you receive. Times shown are estimates and can be longer because of checks, the partner, your operator or bank, weekends or public holidays.

A withdrawal is marked paid only when the partner has confirmed the payment, and we give you its payment reference. If a payment fails and no money was sent, your points are returned. If it is unclear whether money was sent, we investigate with the partner before returning points or paying again.

10. Fair use and fraud

You must not: open more than one account; give false details about who you are, your age, your country or your answers; use bots or automation; use a VPN or proxy to appear to be somewhere else; use someone else’s account or payout details; share payout details with other accounts; manipulate offers or tracking; or exploit errors. We and our partners use account, device, network and activity signals to detect abuse. Suspected abuse can lead to review, removed points, cancelled withdrawals, or a suspended or closed account. You can ask us to review a decision by contacting support.

11. Referrals

If a friend signs up with your referral code, you may earn a share of the rewards they earn, as shown on your account. Referring yourself, creating accounts for others, misleading promotion and spam are not allowed, and referral rewards from them may be removed.

12. Taxes

You are responsible for any tax or reporting your country requires on rewards you receive, unless the law requires us to deduct or report it.

13. Closing your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@earnify.co.za. Withdraw any balance you want first: points left in an account are forfeited when it is deleted. Some records are kept after deletion, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these Terms, fraud, a legal requirement, or if we stop offering Earnify Africa in your country; where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and let you withdraw any balance you are entitled to.

14. Liability

Earnify is provided as it is and as available. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss, for offers being unavailable, or for delays or failures caused by partners, operators, banks, networks or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the consumer protection law of your country that cannot be excluded.

15. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of South Africa, where Earnify is based. This does not take away the protection of mandatory laws of the country you live in. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. You may also approach a court or authority that has jurisdiction.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms when the service, our partners or the law change. We will update the date above and tell you about important changes before they take effect. Withdrawals you have already confirmed are handled under the terms that applied when you confirmed them.
