Paid Surveys in Zambia: How They Work and How to Start
How paid online surveys work for people in Zambia, why some end early, how to qualify for more, and how rewards reach you in ZMW.
Paid surveys let researchers hear from real people in Zambia, from Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola or Livingstone. You answer questions about products, services or everyday life, and you earn the points shown on the survey once the partner confirms your response.
How a survey works
- Open Earn and choose Surveys. Each survey shows its reward and an estimated time.
- The first questions check whether you are in the group the researcher needs.
- If you qualify, complete the survey; points are added when the partner confirms it.
Why some surveys end early
If you are not in the group a study is looking for, the survey ends after a few questions. This is called a screen-out. A survey can also close because it already has enough answers from people like you. Neither counts against your account. Surveys come in all lengths. If you only have a few minutes, choose a short one; if you are screened out, simply try another.
How to qualify for more
- Complete your profile questions; they decide which surveys are sent to you.
- Answer honestly and the same way every time. Contradictory answers lead to fewer surveys and can lead to rewards being refused.
- Read every question. Attention checks are common.
- Use one account, on your own phone.
From points to kwacha
Your points add up in your balance, shown as an estimate in ZMW. When you withdraw to MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money or a bank account, the quote shows the fee and the exact amount you receive before you confirm. Every withdrawal waits at least 48 hours for a security check before it is paid. That protects you if someone else ever gets into your account.
If a reward does not arrive
Open Earnings and use Report missing reward on that survey, with a screenshot of the completion screen if you have one. We follow it up with the partner.
